In the aftermath of a two-year global pandemic that reshaped societal, political, and economic dimensions, Mediabrands launched an innovative initiative, "We See You at Mediabrands," to adapt and thrive in this new environment. As the Art Director and Designer of the project, I worked with an exceptional team to position ourselves as our own client, leveraging our media agency expertise to attract and retain top talent, particularly from historically excluded groups. The campaign featured compelling employee stories that showcased the diversity, culture, and opportunities within Mediabrands, and abstract animated content aligned with the interests of potential recruits. The centerpiece of our strategy, the careers landing page, not only highlights these stories and opportunities but also lists job openings across various levels, inviting candidates to envision themselves as part of Mediabrands. This holistic approach underscored our commitment to diversity and innovation in the evolving workplace landscape
